The Dartbrook acquisition includes an existing CHPP. The CHPP is located adjacent to the Great Northern Railway Line. The Coal Handling and Preparation Plant has been well maintained and is in good condition since Dartbrook was placed on a care and maintenance basis in 2007. Surface infrastructure includes power, water and office facilities. Existing on-site Train Load Out (TLO) and rail loop connect to the Hunter Valley Coal Rail Network for coal transportation to the port of Newcastle, the largest coal export operation in the world. Infrastructure is currently insured with a replacement value of circa $300m as at May 2016.
